The Community of 'Ea'

The young Basque fisherman, Joan de Ea, whose Will was written on the 7th of June, 1632, actually came from the town of Ea, that lies between Lequeitio and Elanchove. Ea is a small riverport which has a little museum showing some of the linkages between Old Ferrole (Plum Point) and the Basque country.
